Payment and Cancellation Policy:
Above rates are per villa and are for accommodation only. Two Brothers is a private resort with limited occupancy, therefore a 50% deposit is required when your booking is made. Instructions for deposit will be sent to guests upon final confirmation of reservation. Balance of payment can be made upon arrival to Nicaragua in CASH with US dollars. Credit cards are not accepted at this time.
 
In the event of cancellation, if notified 30 days prior to reservation and the villa is rebooked, your deposit may be refunded. Otherwise your deposit is forfeited. By sending us your deposit, you have read and agreed to this reservation and cancellation policy.
